the pigeons of new york city though.....hahah they don't care about anyone or anything. I've seen them just walk into traffic and stare down drivers hahaha

LOLLLLLL I laughed so hard when I read this. As a native New Yorker, I have seen pigeons do amazing things. I have seen them fly down on people in Central Park and devour their food right in front of them, I have seen them chase people for food, sit on tops of cars on the drivers side at red lights and not move until the wipers come out, I have seen them take a crap on tons of people as they fly away, I have seen my dog take what was supposedly a dead pigeon and use it like a toy (trey disgusting and cost me a 150$ vet visit), after all of this and likely more I can't remember, I severely dislike pigeons.

Maybe in other parts of the country they are nice and friendly, but not in NYC.

I think a petition should be started (if there isn't already one). Protect the piggies! They can't speak for themselves, they cannot argue their case with the authorities so people should try to do it for them.

I don't think any animal even the ones that stick on your car should be killed for fun or sport. Go invent a robot bird or something for that sort of thing!

I'm neutral about pigeons as long as they don't come too close. (Been to Rome and Paris where there are a LOT of pigeons who came to say "Hello-got-something-I-can-eat-for-me-no-then-can-I-just-take-this-from-you?", so I prefer keeping my distance from them!)
