Photo editing app for resizing photos for belltreeforums

I’m having issues loading images to belltreeforums, it says my file (screenshots) is too big, I have iPhone XR and I’m looking for a good app to change photo size for belltreeforums

This always works. I do this on my phone when it tells me it’s too large (which is actually the case with every photo that isn’t a screenshot.)

If you have an apple laptop, the default photo editor has an image resizer!

I use Canva! The free version is totally great. It's a website on a laptop and an app on the phone. So I can start something on my phone and finish on the laptop (and vice-versa).
