Hi Bella: this offer looks like it ended a long time ago. The date on the posting is June 29th, which means it was almost a month ago. Most offers for villagers end after about a day or so, and some offers only last a few hours. The best thing to do if you're looking for a specific villager is to lurk on people's cycling threads and keep an eye on the most recent posts in the trading plaza. If you see a post more than a day or two old, it's likely that the offer has ended.
