Selling Phoebe is moving out

I'm quite happy about it because she is right were I wanted to put a bridge I'm willing to negotiate a price. Something around 40-45 TBT in addition to paying off my dream suite would be good, I will also accept items if you wish to pay a lower tbt price. I'll also take some IGBs too. Really anything goes as long as it's a fair price.

Anything that I could sell and make a nice buck really I'll take the item's worth off the price. I'll also take a complete astro set because I love that set.

Well, the most rare and "valuables" items I have with me right now are a cacao tree, sloppy bed, berliner, and plate of grapes. I don't know how much you could get for those because I'm not really a market person

It's not that I'm not interested, but... because too much traveling, I ended picking a villager from someone's void, so I am full again
