The mayor is a fictional character without a certain age. If that counts as any kind of child porn then the fang stuff youve requested in reens streams could be counted as beastiality
Yet a 13 year old kid requested her mayor to be in panties. No matter how old the mayor actually is, what's more important is how the mayor actually looks when the art is done.

While I don't know Lucky (or really care to, no offense), this argument is pretty ridiculous.
The person that requested it is 13 years old, but there's a few things that would make it porn, like nudity, sexual acts, etc. Apart from that, the child porn argument falls apart when you realize that the mayor character in ACNL is of a mature age, as they are actually moving to a new town completely alone.
Not to mention that lolicon is only illegal in a few select countries where they regard it as child porn. Other countries don't have any regulation against it and don't really seem to care. Why?
