Petition signatures?

May I please go to someone's town and get some signatures on a petition from Pheobe?

I made an account here about 5 minutes ago (Hi!), so I know my profile and whatnot is a little blank right now. I don't have much but I will tip as much as I have on me (around 20k) or a full harvest set (I am desperate, hah).
