I looked up the villager list in the entire series and I'm puzzled as to why some of these villagers haven't made their return. When I saw Bow and Meow, I was like, "Why didn't they bring them back? They look so cool!". I heard they were designed to promote a real life product, but still. That doesn't give them an excuse not to bring them back.

This! So many villagers got cut due to the limits of the DS when making Wild World, it's sad how many got left behind! I'm glad they brought so many back with Welcome Amiibo, but I wish they brought more with New Horizons!
Carrot would be so cute to have be neighbors with Ketchup! Who was originally also a cut villager but brought back... Koharu and Marcy are so cute and I honestly like them more than the current kangaroos ;-; Sven and Iggy could be old man neighbors (and you could pretend they're Sherb's grandpas!)
And every day I long for Bow and Meow.... They're so adorable!!! I know they're based on outdated tech but like, who cares! They're so cute and unique!
