I have 4 peppy villagers, and let's just say that I would never want more than two villagers of the same type on one island as a result of my experience - hopefully, I'll moving 3 of them out at some point, maybe even all of them, as they're very annoying right now.

Though, I think that having two lazy or two cranky villagers wouldn't be so bad.

Somehow I usually wind up with two peppies and two lazies even if I don't plan for it.It happened again in New Horizons...I have peppies Tutu and Audie and lazies Joey and Sherb.

I really love them. All my favorite villagers are thos types. Normals get too repetitive. Jocks just get to talking about too many muscles . Uchis feel very samey to me same with smugs. I'm okay with one peppy but I dont really like peppys.

i don't mind having multiples of any type tbh, i like all the personalities and feel like they're all filled with solid designs, even the jocks! having 2 lazies right now is a bit difficult because of the nasty bug talk though, which i find sad because they used to be my favorite personality... wish they'd tone that down and bring back more of their previous dialogue--seriously, in NL they used to assure you that their house is free of roaches when you visited! i still love them but i think that for this game at least, they're being overtaken as my fave by snooties or smugs. so probably those 2 are the doubles i’m most okay with in NH.

smugs. there's too many adorable ones. i feel like, generally, peppies and jocks have the most repetitive dialogue since they're both obsessed with being famous and being fit respectively. like i have 3 peppies and 2 jocks on my island and even though i like all of them i just can't get nearly as attached to all of them as i am to the first ones i got (bunnie is like my best friend right now and sprocket is almost always singing and it's ADORABLE), so it just doesn't feel worth it to have multiple. i feel that most of the other personalities tend to have a bit more normal things to talk about on a regular basis so the dialogue doesn't get as old as fast (even though i absolutely adore my peppies and jocks).

Lazy for me, they usually have my favorite designs and their dialog isn't boring so hearing it a few extra times is fine.

i absolutely love smugs, with lazy villagers coming up to a close second!! already have 3 smugs and 2 lazy types but wouldn’t mind just completely filling up my island with more of them ;;

I can't stand the lazy's talking about their bug friends lmao. I suppose I could have multiple crankies in my town and probs wouldn't mind. they are pretty tame haha

Maybe normal and maybe another snooty or a smug? The two crankies I have right now are constantly saying the same exact things and it's really bumming me out because I wanted to keep both but it's really ruining the illusion.

Lazy definitely. Normal type are my fave of the girls but i find their conversation very repetitive -- i have two at the moment and even that is getting a bit much...

i have two uchi and two lazy rn and adore them :"))) uchi prpbably have my favorite dialogue and attitude and being best friends w a lazy is very fulfilling ? they just genuinely love you so much !

don't even have to imagine it; definitely don't want multiple peppys on my island. hearing popstar talk all day would annoy me.
kinda same for lazy (b u gs and f o o d) but less sure.

every other personality i wouldn't mind. considering i may be having 3 normals in my town + had 2 smugs + 2 uchi's already, i wouldnt mind more of those types.

Snooty or cranky. Snooty villagers have some of the sweetest designs and I really like the cranky personality in New Horizons!

I ended up with two normal and two lazy villagers on my island, but I wouldn't be opposed to another cranky or snooty if I had space for them. I usually end up with three normals and no jocks (my least favorite by far in most games), but I love all of my current villagers and don't see myself changing any of them for now.

I haven't been playing since WW so the personalities almost feel new to me haha! And even though I've been playing since day 1 it seems my villagers can still warm up to me, but so far I'd say smug! I only have Raymond but his dialogues always are my favourite!!
I think I would also love Uchi, but I just have Cherry and also I absolutely love her she seems a tad mean with me... If I try to talk her more than once a day she keeps saying things like "You again? Maybe this island isn't big enough for the both of us?"
I find Lazies a bit bland so far, and Normal really sweet but not so much that I would have many of them. Same goes with Peppy and Snooty. I like them but I am happy with only one villager each.
I don't really like Jocks, and haven't had a Cranky yet!! Soon hopefully

I have two uchis in my town right now and I really adore them, but on the other hand having three jocks (not by choice) makes me want to get rid of them all sometimes (and I’ll definitely be cutting down to just one). They're a bit too much for me, haha.
