Persona 5 announced for PS3, Winter 2014 for Japan. No release date for other countries right now.

Persona 4: Dancing All Night announced for PS Vita, Autumn 2014 for Japan. No release date for other countries. Made in collaboration with Dingo, who makes the Project Diva games.

Persona Q: Shadows of the Labyrinth announced for 3DS, June 5th, 2014 tentative release date for Japan. Nothing for other countries.

Also forgot to mention that Arena is getting a sequel (got lost somewhere in todays news I guess, but expected as well) called Persona 4 The Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hold (or P4U for short) is due for PS3 summer 2014. Features everything from the updated arcade machines released earlier this year in Japan, but presumably with an actual story mode and online multiplayer.

It's happening! The Persona team has truly been busy in order to release three titles next year. I'm pretty interested with Q, as anyone who's played Persona 3 should know there's something fishy afoot. Some people aren't to interested in Dancing All Night, but I think at this point I'll buy almost anything Vita (support one of my favorite handhelds) and anything with Persona in the name. 5 I can't do much in the way of speculation other than perhaps the next cast will fight in a jail? Or they are in jail?

This is just too much for my brain (and my wallet) to gather.

I really like the look of Persona 5. It looks creepy though.

Heck, I haven't even gotten SMT IV or Golden or Arena. ;-;

Looking forward to persona Q!
Does that trailer have characters from 3 & 4?

Yep. Looks like it may just be an actual spin-off compared to other games. Still we'd have to wait for more information before rendering final judgement, I'm just glad its an RPG. Apparently made with the help of the Etrian Odyssey folks.

Finally another for 3ds(other than SMT IV and soul hackers!) better get it to us and europe fast!

I've only played SMT IV (and I still haven't finished that yet, I'm stuck on getting to the Roppongi region) before, but I've heard about the persona games. I think (if and when it comes out in the USA) I'll get the 3DS one and try it out.

If you ever decide to branch out on systems definitely get a PS3 or Vita to give the other games a try. Wonderful titles I think and hopefully the 3DS one will be close to the others in terms of gameplay and story.

Oh, I meant to say I already have a PS3 and PSVita, but my PSVita hasn't been working for months, and I don't use my PS3 anymore, so I'm probably just going to get the 3DS one. I might get the PS3 one though; who knows. :)

! Look into getting your Vita fixed then. :) Great things are coming and I'm loving Tearaway. And if you're intrigued then Persona 3 FES (the ultimate edition, but a tad dated compared to newer titles) is on the PSN Store for $5 right now. Persona 1 (PSP/Vita), 2 IS (PSP/Vita?) and 2 EP(PS3/PSP/PS Vita), 3 FES(PS3), 3 Portable(PSP/Vita), 4 Golden(Vita), and 4 Arena(PS3) are all on PSN so you could take the plunge anytime.

I haven't played Etrian Odyssey so I can't say whether or not they're similar in in gameplay, but do consider it if there's a demo.

Bumping this as US tentative release dates have been announced for these four games.

Persona 5 is set to release in North America for PS3 2015.
Persona Q is set to release in North America this fall for 3DS.
Persona 4: The Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hold or Persona 4 Arena: The Ultimax as it'll be known as in the US will release this fall for PS3 and Xbox 360.
Persona 4: Dancing All Night for the Vita is set for 2015 as well.

That said I'll update the main post later and will add the official English sites presuming they are all functioning then.

Psht, I bet EU will still get those faster than SMT IV. -.-

If Atlus does what they're doing with Conception II it's quite possible actually. Not really aware how the EU porting is done though, so there might be contracts in place preventing that from happening...
