Many ponds or few ponds: Two ponds.
Location of Plaza: Doesn't matter.
Color of Train Station/Town Hall: Doesn't matter.
Location of Re-Tail/Town Hall: Doesn't matter.
Boulders?(Number/Location): I don't care as long as they're not too close to buildings.
One Beach or Two?: Long beach, cause it's easier to fish there.

Location of Plaza:I prefer it in the lower-left hand corner.
Color of Train Station/Town Hall: Color?What?
Location of Re-Tail/Town Hall: I like retail in the smack-dab middle.As for the town hall,eh.Don't really care.
Boulders?(Number/Location): Hopefully away from where my PWPs and buildings are,but that's all I care about.
One Beach or Two?: One,with a private island.

Fruit Type (Apples, Cherries, Oranges, Peaches, Pears): Apples or Peaches, Cherries second choice, no Oranges or Pears
Many ponds or few ponds: No more than two
Location of Plaza: Somewhere traveled frequently
Color of Train Station/Town Hall: Blue preferred, but anything but yellow Town Hall.
Location of Re-Tail/Town Hall: Prefer to have Town Hall near train tracks and Retail out of the way in a corner
Boulders?(Number/Location): Eh, I work around them
One Beach or Two?: Everyone has two. I don't like private beaches, but one long beach is nicer.

Color of Train Station/Town Hall: doesn't matter as long as I can upgrade it
Location of Re-Tail/Town Hall: just as long as it looks in a good place to me
Boulders?(Number/Location): less than 5 maybe and that won't interfere with pwps and such

Grass Type (Circle/Square/Triangle): Triangles, because in the winter they turn into stars and it's so cute. Unfortunately I got stuck with squares.
River Type (Long & winding or short and simple): I like them long and windy. More opportunities to fish.
Fruit Type (Apples, Cherries, Oranges, Peaches, Pears): Apples! They're so cute and shiny.
Many ponds or few ponds: One or two, tops. I got stuck with three and they take up so much room.
Location of Plaza: Close to the train station and town hall.
Color of Train Station/Town Hall: Blue or green. I like both.
Location of Re-Tail/Town Hall: For both, as close to the train station and plaza as they can get.
Boulders?(Number/Location): Four or five. Near my house, as well as the town hall, plaza, train station, and Re-Tail.
One Beach or Two?: One! A nice big beach with the waterfall breaking off maybe like four squares of beach in the way way corner.

Location of Plaza: Meh.. don't care!
Color of Train Station/Town Hall: Meh.. don't care!
Location of Re-Tail/Town Hall: Re-Tail closer to Train Station. Don't care about Town Hall.
Boulders?(Number/Location): Meh.. don't care!

Color of Train Station/Town Hall: Don't mind
Location of Re-Tail/Town Hall: Somewhere convenient. Maybe near my house
Boulders?(Number/Location): The minimum amount if possible. Or if they were not in terrible places
One Beach or Two?: Two, with the other one being those little plots where you'd have to swim to get there

Color of Train Station/Town Hall: Brown train station, navy-purpleish town hall
Location of Re-Tail/Town Hall: Re-Tail near the train tracks but still close to my house, town hall near the middle
Boulders? (Number/Location): Not very many, but still scattered about. I don't really mind though, since I just work around them.
One Beach or two?: I don't really mind, although I prefer two.

Grass Type (Circle/Square/Triangle): I really don't mind, but triangles look the best
River Type (Long & winding or short and simple): I like curvy rivers, this is the only really important thing to me
Fruit Type (Apples, Cherries, Oranges, Peaches, Pears): I don't mind, but my fav fruit is peaches
Many ponds or few ponds: 1 -2 is preferred, no more than 3. I would probably map reset over 3+ ponds
Location of Plaza: I don't mind, but I think it looks best next to/in front of the town hall
Color of Train Station/Town Hall: This makes no difference to me, especially as it gets upgraded eventually
Location of Re-Tail/Town Hall: Don't mind, but the Town hall looks best near the plaza imo
Boulders?(Number/Location): I don't really pay attention to these, I work around the ones that get in the way
One Beach or Two?: I really prefer one beach, but again, it doesn't really matter that much, I keep a wetsuit in my pockets and can swim across if needed

Fruit Type (Apples, Cherries, Oranges, Peaches, Pears): Apples or Cherries, they are the only two good looking perfect fruits!
Many ponds or few ponds: 2 is good!
Location of Plaza: I prefer it to be in a corner at the top of the town
Color of Train Station/Town Hall: I'd prefer them to be green to start with.
Location of Re-Tail/Town Hall: Near a good spot close to a potential house location?
Boulders?(Number/Location): I don't want 10,000. But I enjoy the fun of searching for the money rock when you don't have many bells yet.
One Beach or Two?: One! 2 looks a bit messy.

River Type (Long & winding or short and simple): hmm. mine's fairly long - i have three bridges spanning across it. i wouldn't mind a shorter one though. it can be annoying when i'm trying to get places sometimes
Fruit Type (Apples, Cherries, Oranges, Peaches, Pears): i think apples would be nice! they're just colourful and i like the idea of having apple trees everywhere. my native fruit is pears and they just look so blah~
Many ponds or few ponds: few! i really don't like ponds because the only fishing i do anyway is island fishing
Location of Plaza: i actually quite like the spot of mine. it's sort of in the middle of the top portion of my town (it's divided diagonally with the river), close to the river and next to the town hall
Color of Train Station/Town Hall: i didn't even know there were different colour! don't really care about it though
Location of Re-Tail/Town Hall: as long as they're fairly close to each other, and close to the train station, i'm happy
Boulders?(Number/Location): hmm, i'm not really too bothered. it's nice when they're close to the outer edges, or the rivers and stuff so they're not in my way but they're easy enough to work around
One Beach or Two?: one please! my boyfriend has his beach split into two and i find it soo annoying! too much running around for me
