I actually like reading the rules.

And peaches. Don't forget peaches.

I could go for some sweet peach tea right now....

This recipe sounds good:

Ingredients

1 ounce tea leaves (Earl Grey or Darjeeling, about 1/3 cup loose tea or 7 bags)
1 lemon, sliced
1 piece ginger (about 2 inches), peeled and smashed
1 quart boiling water
8 cups ice cubes
2 peaches, peeled, pitted and diced
1/2 cup sugar
8 sprigs mint
1 peach, pitted and sliced

Preparation

Place tea, lemon and ginger in a heatproof container and add boiling water. Let tea steep 7 to 8 minutes. Place 4 cups of the ice in a pitcher, then pour in tea. Blend diced peaches and sugar in a blender until smooth; mix into tea. Serve in glasses over remaining ice and garnish with mint and peach slices.

Oh it is. I'm from the south, y'all, where sweet tea is practically a religion. And for those of drinking age, some peach schnapps and vodka also works well... or some whiskey... mmm. ;)

Haha~~ I stick to the green tea and earl grey my parents like. xD
So the tea will be quite peach-tastic I assume. Lol, that sounded so lame I don't even know anymore.

My spicy peach/mango salsa

8 Roma or hothouse tomatoes
6 jalapenos, small dice
4 serranos, small dice
bunch of green onions, chopped
bunch of cilantro, chopped
fresh garlic
1 or 2 small limes for juice
2 small peaches, diced
1 small mango, flesh peeled off and diced
salt to taste

I usually chop the tomatoes coarsely and put about half in a food processor, the other half I keep as chunks. Depending on how hot you like your salsa, you can either leave the seeds and capsaicin or core them. I generally core 4 and then de-seed the last couple, leaving the capsaicin - same with the serranos. And obviously, you can use less peppers, this recipe is very much to taste. I toss the peppers, cilantro, and green onions in the food processor with the tomatoes. From there add the mixture to the tomato chunks, add salt and lime juice to taste. At the end, stir in the peach and mango.

So good! Great with tortilla chips, but I love it on migas or breakfast tacos. Soooooooo good!
