Paper Mario 3DS: My Ideas!

Ok as many of you probably know... PAPER MARIO 3DS is going to be released So my ideas:

Paper Mario: 3D (Lol)
Paper Mario: Super stylus (Do to the fact it looks like you can take items and place them other places.)
More coming soon... Possibly...

Main Plot:
So the game will take place in the Mushroom Kingdom once again like in the first Paper Mario. Bowser will kidnap the princess... Mario goes to Bowser castle to try and save her... Mario will have to fight through the enemies to get to Bowser... (The reason I say this is because the pics of game play show Mario in a battle in a castle with no partner)
Something goes wrong and Mario ends up getting shot (? Shot ?) Far away and thats where his journey begins...

On Mario's journey he will meet party members such as
Party:
Goomba(Duh who doesn't love the traditional Goomba partner !)
Koopa
ChainChomp (Confirmed)
Yoshi (Thingy...)
Boo
More coming soon possibly...

Special features of this game:
The ability to move items to certain places with the stylus
Stylus and touch screen used for battles
Enemies will pop out of the screen after defeat to show off the 3D features (Confirmed)
New types of enemies (Hyper,Normal,Shadow, Etc)

Features I want to come back!:
Trouble center!
Continues play (In the first Paper Mario when you beat the game it was over)
Badges (FX badges, Wario Luigi badges, Etc,
Jr. Troopa makes a come back! (Not likely )
Play as Peach and Bowser after you finish a Chapter
The return of some form of Glitz Pit world
Pit of 100 trials

I want a Chargin' Chuck partner, at least one partner from the first Paper Mario, and Geno as your partner again. Also, I want Nimbus Land, Toad Town, and Isle Delfino (Paper Mario style, hell yeah!) to be accessible places. And I want Mario to have FLUDD on his back again. The Koopa Bros. better make at least one cameo and Jr. Troopa (remember, the annoying little dude from the first game?) better be the main antagonist because I remember in the first game he said that he would get his revenge on Mario, and Paper Mario 4 is the perfect game for that.

I really hope the story isn't about Bowser kidnapping Peach again. This is supposed to be an RPG, and Bowser kidnapping Peach just doesn't sound like a good story.

And those are all great ideas but you know nintendo... They try not to make the game too uber :{

EDIT: Jr. Troopa could make an appearance with his "Neighborhood gang" (You know Goompa talks about his gang... But their never seen :O )

How was that not uber?

Here's my dream plot:
Jr. Troopa kidnaps Peach and Bowser using the magical pebble of awesomeness and takes control of his minions and Peach's toady guys. Buuuut, he doesn't make them really evil, he just makes them do his bidding and change his diaper wipe his ass give him his bottle hypnotize everyone in the Mushroom Kingdom to make them against Mario (even his partners and his brothers). Buuut, Jr. Troopa is just as dumb as Bowser and used the same technique used, so Junior then hides Bowser's top minions (Kammy, Bowser Jr. Goomba King, etc.) in hidden places, and when Mario defeats the boss of that place, that minion becomes Mario's partner frenemy. And every time Mario saves a minion, less and less people are hypnotized. Oh, and I forgot to tell you, at the beginning of the game, it's pretty scary that everyone's trying to kill you and fighting your friend except for some minions that hid during the Troopa invasion, and of course, one of them is some smart-alec Goomba that joins Mario's party.

How is the return of Jr. Troopa not likely? In Superstar Saga, in the final Fawful battle (this wouldn't be a spoiler because what rival doesn't say "I'll get my revenge" or something along those lines when you beat them?), when you beat him, he says that he will get his revenge. Well, he did, in Mario and Luigi RPG 3. So, if Jr. Troopa says that he will get his revenge in his final battle, there's an equal chance that he will make an appearance as the main antagonist. And there was a pretty good chance of Fawful being the main antagonist in RPG 3, too.
