Buying Outdoor Picnic Basket Recipe

So for some reason the game must have glitched, I got 2 announcements yesterday (April 1) and Isabelle never gave me the recipe in either of them. Usually I'd be happy to ignore it, but I have an outdoor Picnic area in my game perfect for the item... so yeah I'm kinda mad.

Anyone that could give me the recipe, or if not, just a copy of the item - I'd be extremely grateful. Name your price and I'll pay what I can.
