Paula's moving out! I accidently got her after time travelling.
If you want her, let me know.
To my knowledge she's original. Not sure about her house, but since she never sold at Re-Tail, I think her house is original.
I don't have many rules for my town, but here's one I can say:
Have an empty void, not doing so will result you in a negative Wi-Fi rating.
I'm not willing to wait 8 hours before you can pick her up. Please pick her up in 2 hours or less.
First serves rule applies here.
