Auction Original Merengue (BUYOUT OFFERED - CLOSING)

Hello!
So Merengue appeared in my cycling town and quite a few people have responded and have expressed interest in adopting her. Considering the fact that I received multiple messages around the same time, I feel that the most fair solution is to auction her.

So, here's the auction info:

(IGB offers only)
Starting bid: 1 mil IGB
Minimum bid increment: 500k IGB (0.5 mil IGB)
Buyout: 25 mil IGB
Auction ends: at 4:00 PM EST or when buyout price is offered

I have an exam to write, then I'm going out for lunch with some friends so I might not actually monitor this thread until the auction is over. That being said, any "special requests" and whatnot will not be seen.
