Orange-colored Furniture Leaf?

Hi there!

My friend recently told me that two of her items (Paper Wall Lamp) were orange colored leaves instead of the typical Green or Red [Cyrus custom]. She put them in her home and they were just regular wall lamps and not customized. I tried searching up why the color of the Furniture Leaf is orange instead to no avail.

If anyone has any clue as to why they're orange that would be greatly appreciated

They're probably just the red ones since I'm sure there are no orange ones coded into the game... The lighting they're in probably just made the leaves just look lighter.

Nope, not duped! My friend's 7 year old sister was the one that acquired the items, so I highly doubt she knows what duping is.

Nah, they're actually orange. My friend has custom furniture and knows what the red ones look like, but these ones are actually orange.

That just means they were remade with cloth patterns

The orange ones mean it's customised with a QR code instead of an in game colour (red leaf) and I think they can't normally be traded.

Yes what FancyThat said. The orange leaf is when you have a furniture customized changing the color of the furniture while using a qr code or a clothing item such as a blossom tee. And they are not tradeable, they can't be dropped at someone else's town. I tried it. Though it's weird that she never customized it though? Unless she wouldn't know or didn't notice since she's really young.

You can drop and trade items that are refurbished with clothing. Maybe that is what she did.

Then how come I couldn't drop mine at someone else's town who was holding my items for me? I couldn't even click on them. I could drop the items that were red leaves but not the orange ones. Unless you can't drop the ones where you use an qr pattern.

ok theyre GOLD leaves, not orange
gold have been customised with QR pattern
red is customised w/o QR pattern
and of course green is normal

@whoever: ??? why would it be orange if you duped it holy s*** thats dumb
the game isnt coded to recongnise if somethin is duped it doesnt even recognise duping in the first place

I read a lot of this thread wrong. I was confused. I meant that you can refurbish with clothing and drop it or trade ( Which would make it a red leaf ). But, since I read things wrong, it didn't make sense to post it.lol.
