Stitches has decided to move out the same day a villager is moving in which means he is in boxes right now and gave me no notice. I would also be willing to consider people who have Margie or Tia.

Stitches usually go up to 20mil+ of bells...cabana set will at most go to 8mil with wall&floor. I have a full set of cabana can offer you for him however.
