Opinions on this map?

I've been resetting for a good map for a few days and the best one I've managed to get is this one:

it has nearly everything I wanted: cherries, that river shape, triangle grass, retail near the train tracks, centered plaza, a big private island, lots of space... the only issue I have with it is the town hall, which I wanted to be on top also near the train tracks. All of the maps I've had were like that so I dunno how to make it work with it down there in the middle :/

What do you think? Should I keep it or continue resetting?

I just noticed you map looks very similar to mine! We have the same river shape but mine is just in a different place

I really love the placing of your town square, its a very pretty map ^^ The only thing that would bother me is the beach with no slope down to it.

I disagree. It's like a private beach that you have to swim to to visit. I think it's cool ^.^

I really like it! I would try and get all 10 villagers in that bottom section and then leave the top for PWP's and cool pathways! The bottom can also be decorated depending on how much space there is c:
