Opinion on the anteater villagers?

I adore the anteater base model, but don’t think many of the individual designs look that good—which is really a shame and doesn’t do the species justice!

Antonio is great though (my starter jock) and Annabelle is a cutie as well. If they ever add more villagers, I hope it’ll be to niche species like this one, not just more cats or dear etc.

I've seen Antonio on a few mystery tours, the next time I find him I think I might ask him to move in.

I have no issues with them. I would welcome them onto my island of crime.

Giant anteaters are cute and terrifying. Ever see one at the zoo, like whoa that thing could decimate me with its claws.

Luckily the ones in animal crossing only has happy nub feet.

I honestly forget they exist. Fairly certain I had one in GC but I don't remember which one.

Nothing against them, just sort of "out of sight/out of mind."

I honestly think they're adorable. I think Antonio's my favorite but anabelle and pango are pretty cute aswell to me. I just like their design and its funny to watch their snouts move when they talk or do certain expressions

I love it when you put any type of glasses on an anteater. It doesn’t go over their eyes! It’s hilarious

I like the anteaters. Olaf was my first campsite visitor, and he's quickly become one of my favorite villagers. I also have Antonio, and he's cute, but I'll be letting him leave when he asks.

Olaf is literally Michael Jackson. And when Antonio moves, I’d be glad to take him!

Pango! I can't remember if she was in both my WW and NL game but she is in my NL for sure. I can't decide if I like her or hate her but she has so much personality that I wouldn't mind having her again for a bit.

I love the Anteaters! There isn't one bad anteater. Annalisa is my favourite, but I'd love to have Pango one day, she is so cute and love her vibrant colour scheme!

It's so nice to see some love for the anteaters! They've been my favorite species since Wild World. Their noses, their tails, their shocked expressions . . . excellent.

I have a love hate relationship with them. I think about half of them are pretty cute but I also still like other species more so you never see them on my island anyways. The only two anteater villagers I don't really like are Olaf and Cyrano. Don't hate them but I don't like those two.
