I'm not going to put in the extra effort to update the "Zelda news center" anymore, so here:

Yeah, I don't really think it's overrated. It's a great game and got the rating it deserved. Really, everyone always complains that the really popular games that sell a ton are overrated, but would people really buy the games if they sucked? There is a reason why it has a high rating.

By looking at, Ocarina of Time is going to better than its ever been! ^_^ LoZ:OoT3D is going to be like what they did with Metroid Zero Mission(which is technically a remake of the original Metroid), they're updating the graphics in OoT3D just like what they did with Zero Mission and they're enhancing the gameplay to be more superior than its predecessors just like what they did with Zero Mission. All because of the points I said above, this game is going to kick a%* indeed imho. ;)

Majora's Mask for the 3DS would be quite amazing indeed in my honest oppion.

as much as i really hope they pull a second master quest out of their ass, i doubt it's going to be on the scale of zero mission. that's arguable a completely new game in it's own right, since a good 80/90% of the things that they added into the game change it totally.

no, this is like super mario 64 DS, or super mario bros. advance (any of the four)

it's nice to see how far game consoles have come in that we can port old games to new systems that are 10 times smaller than the original, but in the end it's just a fancy rehash.

not to say i'm not looking forward to it.. it's just not on the same scale as zero mission was.

master quest = oh god it's like ocarina of time made a sequel.

but hey, opinions.

OoT 3D is certainly just a port of the original but, the game has been enhanced and changed enough that its going to seem like a different game from its predecessor.

Zero Mission from what I read was a really good game so I hope I can get my hand on a copy of the game someday(I hope they bring GBA on the 3DS VC!)

Master Quest was a really good way to challenge an OoT Master. I've beaten the VC version of OoT 100%, while in Master Quest, I'm still stuck already in the 2nd Dungeon. >.> I just can't imagine the Water Temple in Master Quest... :O

Too bad I won't have the money Nintendo wants from me to buy a 3DS.
I'll have to wait until price drops, which won't be for like.. ever.

..if it's a port, it won't seem too terribly different.. hence, the word "port".

zero mission was very good. I enjoyed i more than fusion, and it was a very good update. I never could take that huge-ass vertical staircase that you had to jump up/survive at the beginning of the original metroid.. bleh.

master quest was more than just an upgraded challenge.. it was/has completely new dungeons. it doesn't just give all the monsters more health, or give you less ammo/health, the dungeons themselves are changed. new enemies are there (at least in the first dungeon, haven't made it out of there/played it in a while), it's all changed.

the 3ds remake won't be able to top master quest.. unless they pull a second master quest. we can always hope, eh?

Metroid Fusion is one of my favorite Metroid games because it was so cool, interesting, memorable, and it was one of the most scary Metroid games of the bunch.

OoT Master Quest made even the Deku Tree a challenge because you had to do crazy(& ridiculous) stuff because they rearranged everything. LOL

I think that would be cool indeed if they brought Master Quest on the 3DS. Could that be an unlockable secret after you beat the game?

people just bought it cause it was all new and stuff. and that's why they liked it. it didn't age very well and is pretty much creepy and boring but of course everyone's like BEST GAME EVER MADE!!!!!!!!!!!!1

So every new game is bought by blinded fans that don't care about gameplay or anything? So I guess every game that has a high rating and has sold a lot is crap and is overrated.
