Hi! My name is Jelly and this is my first attempt at a cycling town~
The town name is Harvesta, the mayor is Mayor Jelly, and the FC is in the sidebar
I live in EST
Before we get started I would like to thank duckyluv (now bogummy) of Incheon Cycling for helping me get started and for giving me a good price guideline~ Thanks Chingu <3
This thread will probably get more appealing as I get used to this process, so bear with me n_n'
Rules/Notes:
1) IMPORTANT NOTE: Patience and kindness are a must. I live at university where the wifi likes to cut in and out at random intervals. If this happens and does not get fixed within a few moments, your villager WILL still remain there for you until the problem is resolved and you can successfully pick them up. I am NOT a scammer and once you have paid for a villager it will be kept for you until you obtain it. If worse comes to worse, I'll refund you. In addition to being patient, please be kind to others and myself. I have the right to refuse to do business with you~
2) As stated before, the FC to add is in the sidebar under my avatar. It's also in my signature so whatever works best for you.
3) Gates will NOT be opened until I have gotten your payment.
4) Lurking is allowed! Feel free to lurk up to 5 villagers. I'll eventually make the list public in this post but for now it will be in a spreadsheet until I can get better organized C:
5) Please make sure I can contact you! If I cannot VM or PM you when your villager is ready for pick-up, I'll have to move on to someone else and ignore your request ]:
6) You have 24 hours to pick up your villager once I notify you they are ready. I will only hold a villager for 3 days at a holding fee of 5 TBT per day. However, if my wifi is cutting out and this results in us having to try again the next day this DOES NOT count as a holding day. This applies to reservations only!
For lurkers your villager will only be held for a few hours depending on their tier. Tiers 4 and 5 are held for 1 hour, Tier 3 is held for 2, Tier 2 for 3 and Tier 1 for 4.
7) Feel free to run in my town but you MUST follow me to the villagers house once you arrive! This rule will change if I decide to grow hybrids. No roaming! Feel free to talk to me though or ask to get some fruit free of charge. My town has peaches ^^
8) Please have space for the villager you request! If you don't have space at the time of pick-up it will really slow down the cycling process ]: I don't mind if your void isn't cleared, but it's preferred.
9) I try to keep the villagers as original as possible but it is not guaranteed. I won't list it but if you really must know the originality of a villager I can probably find out if you ask.
10) Positive wifi ratings are always appreciated! <3
To make sure you've read these rules, please put your favorite Pokemon in your post! I know it's tempting to skim the rules, but I really need them to be understood~
Reservations/Lurking:
* Lurking is allowed for up to 5 villagers at a time.
*Lurking does not guarantee you the villager.
*Each lurker will be notified when their villager moves in and when they are in boxes. If multiple people are lurking for a villager, whoever is able to pick the villager up first gets them.
* Reservations are allowed ONLY for current villagers and all reservations require a small fee (Same as Incheon Cycling: 10TBT for Tier 1 and 2 villagers while 5TBT for Tier 3-5 villagers)
*If you are reserving, you MUST pay the buyout price for that villager!(Subject to change)
*Notify me if for any reason you'd like to stop lurking or reserving a villager. Already paid reservation fees are nonrefundable.
* IMPORTANT: Tier 4 and 5 Villagers will be autovoided after 30 min-1 hour. If they do not have lurkers, they will be free until autovoided.
Pricing:
* TBT only! This may change later if I feel like it~(FR treasure will probably also be accepted bc I need it desperately hehe)
*Prices are based off of the current "List of Villagers Based on Popularity" thread.
*Lowest Offer-Buyout:
*The best offer standing before the villager is in boxes will get the villager.
*People offering buyout price automatically get a villager. Lurkers will be notified if this happens. Reserved villagers remain only available to those who reserved them unless they don't want them or something.
