On what DAY does Gracie start selling the princess set?

I know her sets change every season, but I just wanted to know the exact date that she changes stock.
Does she change the day after the last day of the sale? Or the start of march? ;o

It's Feb 25th in my game and she's still having the sale. I thought she may start first of March but it's only a guess.
