ok so here i am im having problems with wifi and wii speak lol so i call nintendo
and i get some guy named Carmen or somthing and i told him my first problem so he told me to find something so i looked for it i finaly find it and he hung up and he didnt even help me D:

Maybe he had a disconnection? My mom does something similar but for a different company, and she sometimes disconnects and the call ends, so I wouldn't say he's a jerk ;\ .

Intresting like nikoking said it's possible he got disconnected from ya, because I have known people in that field and it can happen if call volume gets high. I'd say best bet is call back see what happened and primarily get your system problems solved.
