So, I recreated my town a while ago; I sold my old town to Tom Nook.
For the first time in my new town I really paid attention to the PWP list: and I was like: "why are there so many? I can't remember my villagers suggeting them!" After looking closely: All those PWPs were suggested in my old town! I had no idea that you can bring them into your new town! I'm so happy! xD
I thought I'd share this, maybe someone didn't knew either ( or it was just silly me xD).

I never built it in any of my towns. I prefer to have Resetti as far from me as possible, haha.
On the other hand, it doesn't count as PWP, soooo mayyybe?

I had the same thing happen to me when I sold my town to Nook also. I thought I was only taking my catalogue with me and not my PWPs, so I got super happy when I saw the list of PWPs. I thought it was going to be so much work to get them back because I used the diving trick and I believe it's since changed because of the update. By the way, for buildings like the Roost and Dream suite, you'll have to unlock them again unfortunately.
