He didnt go with the time lords because he was the one that killed the daleks and time lords he must of used a soler flare that doesnt affect the person who activates itMarcus said:Yeah, from the preview of the next one *shown after DW Confidential* he seems okay.Jas0n said:It was extremely epic...
So, thoughts on the new doctor? So far he seems better than I thought, even though his first scene seemed to resemble David's a lot :/
From the end of the finale, I thought that he just attempted to copy Davo and failed miserably >_<
I still don't get why the Doctor didn't go with the other Time Lords, explain anyone?
<div class='spoiler_toggle'>Your answers...</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;">If the Time Lords didn't die, it would have changed the course of history for the Doctor, resulting in a confusion to all the viewers. And imagine if they had lived, how boring would it be if there were a million Time Lords circulating around an Earth with a giant red planet following it...Marcus said:Ok, what did everyone think of the Time Lords dying? I thought it was a bit pathetic. They were relying on this cheap printer like machine to hold them on Earth.
And also, how come the Doctor survived when all the other Time Lords didn't, it doesn't make sense? :gyroidconfused:
Anyway, it was epic.
o_o REALLY?!Shiny said:I think the new guy's pretty sexy.
Yea, he looks like that guy who is middle aged and balding and drives a fast car to make his *censored.8.1* look bigger....Shiny said:![]()
Really, now?
Yep, Purty much.Shiny said:Hmm. Well, to each her own, I suppose.![]()
Donna survived after activating her memories because The Doctor imprinted a "safety shut-off" in her mind so that if she ever does remember, she just falls asleep. Atleast that's what I'm guessing. It kinda seems like they just threw that in there at the last moment so that the story made sense :/Tyeforce said:I just watched it... I cried. ;-; NO MORE DAVID TENNANT!!! ;_______;
Matt Smith looks...alright... I dunno. I think he'll end up being pretty good, but I don't think he can ever top David Tennant.
As for the episode... I thought it was brilliant. Amazing. Epic. I'm disappointed that they didn't show more of the Time War. It would've been a great way to bring back Paul McGann (8th Doctor) or Christopher Eccleston (9th Doctor) for a cameo. Oh well. =/ I liked that he went back and visited all of his previous companions before he regenerated. And I'm REALLY glad that they didn't kill off Donna or Wilf. But now I'm left with questions, like how did Donna survive after activating her memories? And who was that Time Lady that kept appearing to Wilf? And will the Time Lords and/or the Master ever come back? I guess I'll just have to wait until the next season... .-.
Nah, I dont think that lady was Donna, Since that would mean she would've Regained her memories, Survived her head exploding from all the knowledge then somehow aquirring a piece of technology and returning to the timewar.Jas0n said:Donna survived after activating her memories because The Doctor imprinted a "safety shut-off" in her mind so that if she ever does remember, she just falls asleep. As for the time lady, I believe she was Donna.
My boyfriend thinks that the Time Lady is possibly Romana or Susan. I don't see how it could be Donna... .-.Neko Yuki Pyrozanryu said:Nah, I dont think that lady was Donna, Since that would mean she would've Regained her memories, Survived her head exploding from all the knowledge then somehow aquirring a piece of technology and returning to the timewar.Jas0n said:Donna survived after activating her memories because The Doctor imprinted a "safety shut-off" in her mind so that if she ever does remember, she just falls asleep. I think it could be a Relative of The Doctors, That seems more likely, or just one of thoose characters whos there to help almost.
Also if all 3 doctors DID see each other the whole Universe would rip apart (Remember the episode with Chris+Rose and the Reapers? Basically that on a MUCH MUCH larger scale). I think they should let one timelord 'slip out' so we have another one running around.
Also Remember the Episode with the 27 Planets? The Series Finale from last series, Well i think that Davros was saved, Possibly by the Doctor,
If you watch theres a bit where he shields his eyes as the Crucible is blowing up and he runs into the Tardis, at which point you dont hear Davros, I reckon they'll end up saying Davros was saved either by a Darlek OR the Doctor OR by someone else completely. Idk this is just a theory i could be well off.
Well I think Matt Smith will have to pull the rabbit out of his ass to top David

And, no, multiple Doctors could meet. It's happened lots of times before. But even if the 8th/9th Doctor would have appeared, that doesn't mean that the 10th Doctor would have to see them. It could just have been a flashback or something. I dunno. But I think they missed a great opportunity to bring back the 8th Doctor. Poor Paul McGann... Cursed to only play the Doctor once, in that horrible TV movie... =p
As for Davros, I'm not sure how he would have survived, but I'm sure they'll bring him back sometime, lol.
I had to explain it to my Doctor-who-mad sister x_xTyeforce said:Also, I liked the implied gay scene between Jack and Alonso. =3
