Deirdre was wearing a tan dogtooth shirt, which was not bad looking on her. But then she spread it to Elvis, Apple, and Tex and they looked awful in them. What pissed me off even more was that my villagers refused to wear the shirts I would send them in an attempts to get them to change out of it. :/

That orange shirt design that comes with Able Sisters is a constant plague upon my town. It isn't in my Able Sisters anymore, but just when I think its gone, a villager moves in from another town with it and eagerly spreads it. I think Agnes, Chief, and Elvis (at least) have it on.

If my villagers are wearing something ugly I will personally send them a letter with a single letter written and a new shirt.
Then they feel the need to respond 'Thank you for your fan letter' or something like that. :V

Currently I have 3 villagers wearing the natty shirt: Marshal, Flora, and Marina.
Also, there was a mint gingham shirt fad too(Marshal, Flora, and Dizzy), until Marina gave Marshal her natty shirt, which ended with him giving his shirt to Flora.
Marshal is one bad influence spreader. Not only the shirts, he also changed the villagers' catchphrases. He has already changed Flora's, Chief's, and now, Sparro's. But now, he has changed his catchphrase into Marina's and he seems to stop spreading catchphrases.

Marshal gifted Maple a chef outfit and it spread to Zell, Stinky, and Genji... My town is full of chefs.

I sent Del a Bad Plaid shirt, he liked it so much he put it on. Then he sent me one, and Apple, then EVERYONE ELSE.

Beardo was trying to spread this one horrific shirt but he only got to Eunice before he was stopped. My villagers usually end up all wearing awful clothes anyway.

When i had Lucky, he convinced everyone but Ankha to wear his mummy shirt lol
And Bob has only changed his shirt once EVER since starting my game, (he wears the shirt Genji [who's never lived in my town] originally wears), and he's successfully made half of my villagers wear it XD
Wolfgang brought over some sort of yellow lemony shirt, i cant remember, but he keeps getting Whitney to wear it (she even keeps 2 extras in her house!!) and every once in a while they wear it together and get others to don it as well! LOL
