I never expected this would ever happen to me...omg i can't believe it. now I'm one of those people. im part of the 'someone moved away without a word' club. *cries*

also, for future reference, when you're off AC for a while, before you get back on, TT back to the day you stopped playing to prevent any unexpected move outs and work your way back

She moved right in front of my house and she wasn't my FAVORITEST EVARRR but...im really sad she left She's the only uchi in the game I really liked...oh well, none of the uchi PWPs interested me anyway (other than the wisteria trellis but i got that)

I joined the 'someone moved away without a word' club within two weeks of the game. It started with Nana. Also, that's actually happened with a lot of villagers. Even ones you have, Gummysaur, like Pippy, Wolfgang, Stitches, I'm lucky to still have Lily. I remember having that problem with Pashmina too. And just when I was getting attached to her! In fact, 7 out of my 10 dreamies moved out without saying a word. Well, one TRIED to say a word (glares at Resetti) but that's not the point. The point is, I felt your pain when Cherry was in boxes. I just picked a villager, started talking to them, and they became my baby. That's what you should do!

Just a heads up that before you go away, make sure no one is thinking about moving, or reject the recent request to move. I did what this person said and Carmen was in boxes. I lost her because no one told me beforehand that you have to reject the most recent request.

Did you also talk to your villagers and check for move-out rumors, or see if there was any villager rumors to confirm no move-outs?

I got on my game today to find out that Ankha moved out yesterday I've been playing more often recently yet I was never notified of her departing!

Aww... Sorry for your loss next time you take a big break from the game, before you start the day with Isabelle, you should TT back to the date of which you last played. And then just to be extra careful, you should load the game with a new save file to check & see if anyone is in boxes/ already left. If so, TT back to an even earlier date to prevent accidental move-outs. Because of exams, I had to take a 2 week break from ACNL and when I resumed playing this was exactly what I did and none of my lovely neighbors moved out on me

Aww sorry to hear that. If all your villagers pinged you everyday and you talked to them after they pinged. Pashmina shouldn't moved.
