There is a general Katie thread which people seem to ignore, resulting in people making their own threads. (it can be found here: http://www.belltreeforums.com/showthread.php?79151-Post-Here-If-You-Have-Katie-In-Your-Town! ) I found it on page 4, so no wonder you couldn't find it. 
In the meantime I'll take her off your hands and you're free to ask my villagers for signatures as long as you don't run / take my flowers.
