So, a friend gave me an extra Pokeball [Collectible] and I have been debating on what to do with it and finally figured it out.
More or less, I will give the Pokeball for the Vivillon I need to complete my party.
The Vivillon must be:
1. Shiny
2. Female
3. Have a Meadow pattern for the wings.
---Bonus: Compound Eyes Ability (not a necessity though)
Nothing else matters besides those 3 points. (Though, I'd appreciate if you could nickname her Rosa)
Don't want a Pokeball, but still want to help out? If I do manage to get the Vivillon without having to trade the Pokeball, I will give it away to a person of your choice OR do a giveaway opened to everyone who still needs a Pokeball (Choice left to the person who trades!)
Finally: Finder's Prize! Find someone who is willing to trade/give me the Vivillon? I will give you 200 TBT Bells.

Quick Vivillon information:
For those wondering, the type of Vivillon pattern you have is determined by what region your 3DS is set to BEFORE YOU START THE GAME. Once you start a new game and save, that is it, that is your region permanently for Vivillons regardless if you change it now. If you'd want a different Vivillon pattern and already started your game, you would have to reset.
The following countries are known thus far to have Meadow Vivillons:
Austria - ?
France - ?le-de-France, Haute-Normandie, Languedoc-Roussillon, Midi-Pyr?n?es, Provence-Alpes-C?te d'Azur
Germany - Baden-W?rttemberg, Bayern
Italy - Lombardia
Luxembourg
Spain - Catalu?a
Switzerland - ?
