ooh this might be a tough ask but could you draw my mayor without picture reference? Like I said, I'm afraid I cannot provide a reference but I can describe pretty well I think

My mayor has pink hair in a hairbow wig and I would like her to be wearing an overall dress with pink sneakers. Sorry if this too much of an ask
