This may sound stupid but... the doghouse. I bet you all know what I'm implying here.

I've actually been wanting one for my outdoor pet snapping turtle...

Imagine having a use for the wobbling zipper toy, wooden fish, breaker, or throwback wrestling figure.

Also been hanging on to a breaker in my storage for the day I get a basement. It's such a pragmatic item irl, so I find it almost whimsical to have in a game like this? Like nobody needs this?!

Oh, the loom. I want to set one of the rooms as a little shop at some point but the sewing items are kind of hard to arrange. Or at least I haven't found a set-up I really like. I think larger items like this would go better in the bigger rooms, but I already have pretty set ideas for those.

I got the rocket DIY tonight, but it's just such an awkward size. It looks too small to be a real rocket, but too big to be a model. It's so damn cool, though!

Has anyone used the rocket on their island, and if so - how? Pictures would be great!

omg our minds i had that same idea!! there's also a light switch item that i want to put near the entrance to every room bc it's just so!!! realistic to me. u can also get a lil intercom which i was thinking about putting near the "front door" in the first room, along with the key holder wall item. i luv this type of realism so much, couldnt even find it in the sims yet its here in this lil animal game.

i dont have that item yet, but i was thinking u could make a lil rocket launch site on the peninsula thing? the lil piece of land that sticks out into the ocean. it kinda reminds me of how all the rocket launches r in florida in the usa lol but many ppl also put their lighthouses there.

I think for me it would have to be the oil barrels and retro gas pump.... I don't know how useful those would really be on an island. Also the wheelchair... having it just there with no body sitting in it makes it feel haunted...

My friend has this wheelchair on the beach by the water. So dark.

I think I'd have a hard time using any of the new throwback items (like the table that looks like a baseball hat).

same for me - i might have found a use for the throwback mitt chairs and maybe the rocket but beyond that, i don’t really have any use for the throwback items aha

I gave my throwback mitt chair to Kid Cat for his trash house. I think it looks pretty good in it! Maybe some of the other jocks would have matching furniture as well?

I placed my loom next to Able Sisters. There’s even a matching Kimono.

Also the Retro gas pump goes great right by the airport as the plane prob uses Diesel Gas.

I was planning on making a hospital and using the wheelchair there but I dont think there are enough hospital themed items to make a good hospital. I might just make a small one.

Sorry for the multiple posts. I found a great use for the Pagoda. I placed it behind my Bamboo grove but 1 cliff level down. The forced perspective allows it to look like a realistically large building set back. It’s harder to see at night, tho. Wish it lit up.

This is still a wip and kind of random, but I’m placing star fragments on the ledges on the north side of the island. The throwback rocket and satellite look sort of cool in combination. Unfortunately it takes forever to get the star fragments!
