Not getting pwp requests?

I?ve tried the diving method. (Wear a wet suit, sit in the water for like 5-10 minutes, all that fun stuff.)

And I?ll get a ping (sometimes) not every time, but i haven?t had one yet where they requested a pwp. (Public work project)

I don?t understand. I did everything for the method and watched tons of YouTube vids on it but they just won?t work. I feel like my town is so bland and boring cause I can never seem to get new things to put in it :/

I feel you. It really is stupidly difficult to get them for some of us.

I can't say why exactly (AKA this hypothesis makes no sense) but it seems like some days simply aren't PWP days. No way in heck. A suggestion just will not happen, even hours in, while other days you'll get them on the third or forth ping. If you haven't gotten one after about ten pings I would say time travel (or wait) to the next day and restart the method.

Just be vigilant about who might be trying to move if you do TT. I really do feel your pain, though. I've been trying for two weeks straight and it's been rough.
