Just ramble about good memories you had with some of your old games c: I'll start:

Star Wars Episode 1: Jedi Power Battles for the PS1 or Star Wars Battlefront 2 for the PS2 were just so memorable for me. Jedi Power Battles is an okay game, but I remember playing this with my brother. I completely sucked at the platforming because it's completely wonky and I'm really not good at platformers to begin with. But to be honest, probably my favorite part of that game is the sound effect whenever you pick up a power-up (example from jontron's starcade). It's such a weird choice for a sound effect and I love it <3

And Battlefront 2 was soooo good. We'd play in Hoth, Coruscant, and Mos Eisley all the time. We'd bring it over to our neighbor's house to play together and just having a grand old time... Heck, it's still fun to play to this day.

Feeling like an elite pilot bada** on StarFox especially when you saved others or outsmarted StarWolf.

GTA San Andreas, miss those days :(

Same goes for Age of Empires 2 and Call of Duty 4. Those were the real FPS days. Now we just get spammed with Futuristic gunner games anyways with Asia sized moon jumps

Basically Super Mario Kart, I can feel all the nostalgia coursing through my veins as I raced on SNES Rainbow Road.

I usually get the most nostalgia hearing sounds rather than actually playing; like the Pallet Town theme from Pok?mon Red/Blue and the PlayStation startup noise (this).

I used to play Dark Cloud all the time, so when I was playing it again recently on PS4 it was crazy how much it took me back - especially since I hadn't played it in a while. Resident Evil also does, I used to sit and watch my dad and older sister play it when I was quite young, kind of morbid I know.

Luigi's Mansion gives me a lot of nostalgia. Particularly the beginning, because I used to be so terrified of the Purple Punchers. And the blackout was horrifying, when you're running through the mansion and the ghosts are literally popping up everywhere. There's an extra portrait ghost you can get when the blackout is happening, and that forces you to go back to a certain room, so you have to endure the blackout for longer.

When I was young my mom would only let my brother play video games since it "wasn't a proper activity for a girl". (like wtf)

So I watched my older brother play Chrono Trigger on the SNES and he would sometimes listen to me when I tell him to go to a certain map or dungeon! When I went to Korea I was able to buy and play the DS version of Chrono Trigger. >w<
