"Normal" Villagers..

I do not think it's just normals, mine do tend to be out earlier in the day but every town I've had has a villager that doesn't like to come out, Diedre was this way, Pheobe, Olivia, and Sprinkle...I don't know if it's a friendship level thing or what..I would check and make sure she isn't sick, but some villagers I've had become antisocial especially if they aren't the only of their type in town.

Wow, my Lolly always hangs out either right outside her house, at the adjacent lighthouse, or at the plaza which is right behind her house. 95% of the time she is outside and not hard to find at all!

for me it's pashmina who likes to disappear. which is a shame because she's my favorite and has been in my town for ages!! pashmina i want to be best friends why are you always gone ;_;

Phoebe tends to disappear a LOT, I wonder if it is because I have a low friendship with her or some other unexplained reason, but she is never to be found (Not in any either!) oh, and for some reason I can?t get to pronounce her name in the megaphone, which is a shame, since she is one of my favorite villagers in town...
I dunno about normal villagers, at least for me, normal Sally is always easy to find, she just seem?s to like around my house a lot...I thought that was Agent S job...

Huh, I never really noticed this. Molly is always either in her house or hanging around town, with the odd time she'll be found in retail or the museum. I'd say it's fairly balanced, but interesting observation.

I've found 3 of my villagers once inside the museum. For some reason I spot more normals and lazies than any other personality type. It's actually quite nice because they have unique dialog for each exhibit (art, bug, etc.) and also depending on its level of completion.

I think it's random. I never have any trouble finding Midge or Caroline. Stitches is the one always MIA in my town.

I have a few normies in my town and at times they literally do dissappear. Its highly annoying when I need to make a delivery to someone!

Yes. I can never find Fauna. I once didn't see her for over a week (even when I was online), and she acted like she hadn't seen me in months! Well, Fauna, it's not my fault that I didn't have the time to be looking for you every single day.

Have you looked also in the beaches and market place? When I think someone disappears, he/she is usually sleeping or at the museum.

i find snooty villagers the hardest to locate. diana is ALWAYS shopping for something.
my normal villagers (lolly, tia) are always outside, tending to the flowers and sitting on benches.

My normal villagers (Savannah and Annalisa) are always quite easy to find - they're mostly outside or in their houses.

I think this may have something to do with if you have more than one, and if beautiful town I usually see them more before noon.
