Nooks Cranny summer slot

Just wondered if this was just me.

In the new for June summer slot at the front left of the store I am only alternating between two items.

since the beginning of June it has only been the retro fan or the surfboard, always in the same colour ways.

I’d say it’s the fan like 75% of the time then the surfboard the other days.

Are these the only two items that will ever be there?

i’m experiencing the same - i’ve only had the striped surfboard and the orange retro fan and the fan has been on display for days now. there was a thread about this the other day and it seems that everyone only gets two items ;;

Mine is usually a red surfboard, and rarely a orange fan. Either way, it seems pointless and I hope Nintendo plans on fixing it in an update or something

I think unfortunately these are the only two items that will ever be there, since I have TT-ed a lot. For me it's green surfboard or green fan lol

Yes, I believe it's a rotation between the two items. I have either the striped surfboard, or the orange retro fan. I believe everyone else has the same individual selection. Kind of underwhelming to be honest, I really wish there were more types of summer items.

I noticed it when June started, I got a white surfboard and an Orange fan(?).
I want the game to add all of the color varieties though.

I have only seen white surfboard and green retro fan in my Cranny, nothing else. I wish there are more summer items we can buy

I’ve noticed this too! I was hoping there would be other items there like beach towels, beach balls, beach chairs etc

I get that they are pushing socialization, but I only have a couple of friends that play and one of them has the same colour items as me. I'm really not feeling a need to invite random people from the internet that I will never speak to again - that's not what the game is about for me. I'd appreciate it if each island had at least 2-3 surfboard colours (I don't really care about fans...) in order to give people some flexibility and more options.

2 items doesn't seem that many when each season lasts 3 months. I hope they add more in later updates.

praying for more updates because i don't care about either of those items. outdoor seating for a cafe? summer foods and drinks? i cataloged them bc i'm insufferable but considering you don't even get the color variations, there is literally no point in trying to sell me one of two items every day.

As a self proclaimed mermaid who's favorite season is summer the lack of beachy things in Nooks is killing me, I broke down this week and went island hopping for the rest of the surfboards and I completed all of the new Summer Shell DIYs in 4 days....GIVE ME MORE DANGIT!!!!! ️

I'm pretty sure this is similar to the Nook Mile Items, what you've been seeing is what you get. If you want the other color varieties, you'll need to trade online or with friends locally

It's the same thing for winter. I have the black space heater and black celebratory candles.
