you have to buy alot of stuff from him (i think its like 125,000 bells worth) and have someone from another town buy something.

pay him money,there is a hidden counter that when you give him money, it goes up. The problem is, it can go down.

To get Nookingtons, you have to get someone from another town to buy from his store. You don't have to buy a lot more for this one.
