Has anyone else managed to maintain their Nook Stop reward streak from the beginning? Like, visiting it daily? I have! But I'm not sure if this is the kind of thing people cared about in their game. Hehe. It's only 300 nook miles after all..
I kept mine going until I got the Nook Shopping app. Around that time was the first time I broke it because I'd check the shopping through my phone instead of nook stop. I don't really care about the miles though since I have plenty!
I have over 200k miles and I've bought all of the Nook Miles items, so I rarely need to use the machine, and the miles are pretty easy to earn elsewhere. At this point it just feels like more useless dialogue
I try to keep it going, but have failed in the past. at some point my K.K. tunes started repeating and I felt less inclined to check. and at some point, I forgot. this was before I got the shopping app. with the app it's even worse, since I don't ever check the shop anymore. I only go there for dropping of or retrieving bells (but that doesn't happen very often) or to get NMTs (and that is rare)
I did figure that, if you do your daily boosted quests, you get over 2000 miles a day. so it's good practice to run in and grab 1 ticket a day
I think I stopped about 2 months in. I used to invite in an amiibo daily but after I had all the villagers I wanted and I got the nook shopping app there wasn't any reason to visit it other than the abd lol
I have been able to maintain it, but it's honestly just pure luck, as I might remember to do it if I go to check the recycling box, or sometimes I go there to do business with Isabelle or Nook, or sometimes I just forget that I have the shopping app. Not super invested in keeping the streak, it just happened
i haven't maintained it, i did for a few weeks when i didn't time travel and always wanted to check the fences and KK song of the day before i had the nook shopping app, but now i don't care. i time travel a lot and constantly break the streak and even when i play several days in a row i don't remember or care enough to go to the resident services and use the machine to get the nook miles. it's not like it's a lot of nook miles either and i have almost 100 thousand which is enough to meet my current needs.
i’ve broken it a few times when time traveling or sometimes i just forget lmao but i’ve maintained it for a little over a week now so uh,, progress lmao
I'm pretty sure I've maintained it since day one. I know I forget on my second character and on my boyfriends island, but I've been pretty good about visiting it on my own island.
If I did miss a day, I have completely forgot about it.
I check it every day, but I've also done some time travelling to get rid of villagers that has kind of messed with it. But if I'm just TTing for a few days for construction purposes or something like that, I always check it because then even when I TT back it keeps the streak! Those 300 miles every day can really add up!

I honestly wish the Nook Miles streak weren't a thing. It is a small amount of points, makes you feel like you have to play everyday (at the start), and makes the machine take longer to actually go to the option I want it to.
I always try to maintain it...but, I've forgotten a couple times in the past. It's currently going strong at 300...but I'm sure I'll miss a day again soon...especially with it being summer now. Likewise, I've definitely forgot to do the wedding day photos at least twice now. Hahaha.
I've broken the streak before. I know it is just 300 miles, but when you are saving up miles every little bit counts. Especially when you have shorter play sessions.
