My retail is buying perfect pears for premium rates today and I would happily let anyone in to sell theirs if they want to.
Just a few rules:
Please no running.
Please don't dig up items.
No taking flowers (either normal or hybrids)

Tips and wi-fi ratings would be appreciated, but are not necessary.
Also, I'm sorry about the state of my town, I'm trying to sort it out at the moment >.<
