Have you gone through Isabelle's "advice on living here" tutorial? That probably wouldn't make a difference, but just in case...

That's not the problem, I had villagers move and I still haven't gone through Isabelle's advice.

I went through her advice, I have tted day by day for about a week since then, still nothing

because it they tell you that they want to move
and you say okay they may stay to become closer

Hmm thats a good idea. How much do you think I should talk to them. I few I have talked to a lot.
