No love for Cyd?

I don't normally like the elephant species but I vibe with his aesthetic 100%. It's hard to resist a punk/edgy character that seems like I'll be friends with IRL but I already have Lobo as my cranky so unfortunately won't be hunting for him. The interior of his house is also too bland for me.

Personally don’t really like him because I’m not into the whole punk design. If someone is into it, they could like him. At the end of the day, it’s your island so you’re free to decide who you like and don’t. After all tastes are subjective.

He gives me Cherry Vibes and I dig the Punk Design a lot. He lowkey looks like a Tomato.

It sucks that we can only have 10 Villagers, but even then I’m sure I will end up with 3 Crankies already. If we could only have more islands...

Also yes, he was doomed to be an Elephant already. We all know which species are mostly desired and sadly Elephant is not one of those. In terms of Elephants I like him the best.

Like I said on another topic I absolutely love Cyd and don't understand at all why he's not appreciated, I think he really is underrated.
He has a cool, unique, design !

I love the combination of his vibrant red color with his awesome punk royal blue hair. And his eyes shape is unique too, it gives him some shady/rock'n'roll vibes lol + he's the first cranky Elephant.

I just got him in my island and he will never leave.

If you’re talking about that thread with the poll for least favorite of the new villagers... I really wish I could change my vote lol. I voted before the op added an “I don’t have one” option so I picked Cyd but felt bad about it because I really like him, but would go for him last out of the new villagers if I absolutely had to choose between them. He’s great though and when I showed him to my dad he said “that guy looks super cool, our island should have him!” so yeah, if I find him on a mystery island someday I’ll take him.

It's not that I don't like Cyd. I just don't like elephants in general. I grew to love Dizzy but by the time that happened he'd already told me he wanted to leave, so I let him go.

Both Megan and Cyd aren't talked about at all which is so sad because I love both! Elephant villagers are all adorable, Cyd's deisgn is full of character and I love his red colour.

I love Cyd, and I think he’s super cool looking! I actually prefer his design over most of the cranky wolves. His aesthetic is very fun and I like his punk theme. Unfortunately, I’m currently hunting for Static to be my cranky, but I would totally consider inviting him otherwise.
