No Cherry blossom DIY from Isabelle?

Hi, I dont know if anyone has already asked this but is there a bug that stops Isabelle from giving you the Cherry blossom Picnic set? As I haven't recieved it off her yet but everyone else I know has?
Anyone else having a similar problem?

I've read that she only gives it to you on a day where there are no announcements for the start of the day when you load the game. So if you have someone moving in, etc, she won't give it to you that day.

I think you can also get it via message bottles and balloons, so it isn't the only source thankfully.

Ah that makes sense as I've had people moving in non stop haha.

What Khaelis said! I didn't receive it from her because I had announcements for the KK Slider Concert-- but my first normal balloon present had the recipe in it, so don't lose hope! It's out there
