Yeah, they still look at it.Ciaran said:I wonder if developers will still look at the wii now, considering theres a more powerful version of it available now for handheld.
It's a pretty unique machine, if I do say so myself.

What does it do that the 3DS doesn't. :/-Aaron said:Yeah, they still look at it.Ciaran said:I wonder if developers will still look at the wii now, considering theres a more powerful version of it available now for handheld.

Uh, how about it's a home console, not a handheld? You can't play a 3DS on a TV. And it doesn't have motion controllers. Sure, it may have an accelerometer and a gyroscope, but because you move the console itself instead of a separate controller, the experience is very different. Also, you don't see the 3DS having a Balance Board, do you? There are plenty of things that make the Wii stand out from the 3DS.Ciaran said:What does it do that the 3DS doesn't. :/-Aaron said:Yeah, they still look at it.Ciaran said:I wonder if developers will still look at the wii now, considering theres a more powerful version of it available now for handheld.

Developers don't give a *censored.2.0* about any of those things. The only thing that's relevant about the Wii at this point is, from a business perspective, its install base. Which doesn't mean much, anyway, considering that a lot of Wii owners only play Wii Sports. Wii third party support has been as dry as a bone for a while now, and that's definitely not changing considering that the 3DS packs more tech punch.Tyeforce said:Uh, how about it's a home console, not a handheld? I'm not even going to bother arguing with you anymore, because it's just impossible. Like many people say about me, you're like a brick wall. But whatever.Bulerias said:Developers don't give a *censored.2.0* about any of those things. Third parties, especially those who release launch games, will be riding on the DS wave and won't have to worry about piracy, at least not to the same extent as the DS. Everything except the price point is looking pretty good for Nintendo right now...
Haha, yeah right. Sounds like you just can't refute my points, so I'll take it.Tyeforce said:I'm not even going to bother arguing with you anymore, because it's just impossible. No, that's certainly not the case. In fact, I had a semi-long rant already typed out that I was going to post, but I decided against it because, let's face it, it's not going to go anywhere with either of us.Bulerias said:Haha, yeah right. I love debating, so it's a shame you didn't post your response. Mind retyping it again? :rTyeforce said:No, that's certainly not the case. I agree. Over 70 Million units, you call that failing?Conor said:I don't think Nintendo watched the Wii fail when they sold 70 million of them.
The 3DS does look promising though.
lol good for you. Only reason you're going is cause the games for kinect have minimal violence, matching the same casual style as nintendo garbage.Tyeforce said:How many times do we have to go through this... @David
And I only have one other thing to say: Super Smash Brothers.
Let me guess, you're going to reply with something with containing "gore", "blood", "realistic", and "bad graphics".

I was referring to the new Nintendo, not the old. But you're probably not old enough to remember the real Nintendo, so don't worry about it.[Nook said:,Oct 1 2010, 09:27:46 PM]David said:Smash Bros Melee and Super Smash Bros were freakin awesome, love those games. brawl sucked though,[Nook said:,Oct 1 2010, 08:27:49 PM]>hisfacewhen-Aaron said:Quoting limited to 4 levels deepany![]()
