which TOTALLY explains why they allow the Hundreds of pokemon fan games and other MMOs as well as zelda and mario related hacks and fangames,

theyve only shut down 2 things to my knowledge:

The hero of time Zelda fan Movie
and this.

They've shut down a lot more than just that. They do it because it infringes on their copyrights. They have every right to do it. =p
