Nintendo Account Question (E-Shop?)

I'm not sure where this belongs but I was wondering if I could use my one nintendo account for both of my DS's? Is this allowed?

I'm thinking yes it would be ... but I'm not sure how it would work? I only DL my games to one DS, but I'd like for my 3DS to have Tomodachi Life (vs. 2ds) ;o; thanks for any help!

I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure you need a separate account. (you can use the same card or whatever to pay for it, though)

You can link up to 3, 3DS systems to 1 account. I believe same with 3 WiiU systems

creepy is correct 1 3ds 2ds ,3ds xl and 1 Wii product.
