Well friend safari gives you a level 30 one, and leveling the pokemon up is easy xD drop them off in day care cycle around in Luminous city at the center in one direction, and make the circlepad stuck with paper or sometihng xD one way to "cheat" levels legitimately

Eh, I don't really like that method since you can't control the moves they learn that way, unfortunately.

Heartscales, easy Luvdisc has a 50% hold rate. So if you fish up Luvdisc with a pokemon with frisk, you can see if that one holds the item. Pretty easy to get Heartscales xD

yyyeah, i think they should. i want to play through with it, i don't want it to be absolutely horrible but i'm not gonna need like 5IVs or anything like that. just decent.

Nature doesn't matter. If you're breeding one I'd pay higher for Buneary j/s. Esp if it was a male buneary
