Nice villagers for a 'natural' town?

I'm making a 'natural' themed town, but meaning natural in the sense of being nature-like, not natural like 'I don't touch anything, plot reset, etc.' I'm trying to get villagers that kind of fit this theme and was looking for ideas/suggestions for some. I know some of my 'keeping' list (like Sprinkle and Skye) aren't exactly nature-like but they're cute.

Maple IS cute though! Personality type doesn't really matter so much, as I'm not paying much attention to pwps in that town or anything. I actually considered Maple but forgot about her ;~;

You could have Eric, Beau, and maybe Lily. Pretty much any deer would suffice, but those two in particular would work well.

I also like Blanche and Cranston (I saw cranston in an extremely nature themed town and he looked right at home)

I was also considering Henry, the frog. I got him in my campsite on the day I had Cole in boxes so I couldn't adopt him, I was so bummed.

I have Bill the duck and I like him as a jock and really as one of the few good ducks. I like Poppy as an option.

I think Chester would be a good pick, his house fits right into the natural theme, especially if you add some bamboo stalks around

I'm doing a natural town and I'm going with Grizzly, Apollo, Ruby, Molly, Henry, Jay, Robin, Erik, Deirdre, and Poppy. They look the most natural to me.

omg TIMBRA!!! she is based on a pinecone? she says pine nut a lot and is super stylish and awesome! and you don't have any snootys and she looks great with some cedar saplings

I think the four spots should be:

Grizzly, Lobo, Amelia & Wart Jr. They are the most natural looking + rustic kind of homes IMO.

Vesta is sort of Earthy too. So is that Uchi bear...Paula.

I say any deer, bear, wolves and cubs. They have the most rustic feel to them. My town Shika is all deer and Cocoplum is almost all bears. I am going for an natural feel to both those towns. Just seems that forest animals fit the best.

Nobody's mentioned Tangy - she has a leaf on her head. Then again, bright colours might not be what you want.
Not too good with villagers by the way due to letting none of my Wild World or New Leaf ones leave, lol.
