Someone was nice enough to send me one. I'm not seeing it in my catalog, so I can't order one, or send someone else one. My buddy had in their Nook's Cranny where you see the menorah and such.

It doesn't show up in the catalogue. It's one of those seasonal order items, so you need to go to the specials tab to send it to friends.

It does show for me in the catalog. All the new items are available for me at the same time, and I couldn't order them all because of the 5/day limit, so I'll have to wait until tomorrow to get the Shimekazari and the Yut Nori

I think villagers can give you these randomly as well. I got one of them days ago from Francine after I gave her her daily wrapped fruit
