New Years/Countdown Item Trade

Different versions of the game get different Countdown items given out by Isabelle. Here's a list:

Japan only: New Year's Noodles
Korea only: Bell Knickknack
North America only (English, French): Sparkling Cider / Fizzy Apple Juice
North America only (Spanish): Twelve-Grape Plate
Europe only (English, French, Italian): Tweeter
Europe only (German): Berliner
Europe only (Spanish): Twelve-Grape Plate

If people come to visit your town during Countdown, apparently Isabelle will hand out that game version's gift. If you are open to having people visit your town during Countdown, post here along with your game version!

I'd be free some of tomorrow EST if people want to visit for the boring Sparkling Cider/Fizzy Apple Juice, but I'm guessing most people here'll be able to get that themselves :<.

Whoops just saw this now...all open now, sorry about the delay. I already got a Fizzy Apple Juice off another user, is it possible to get the Sparkling Cider too? Are they considered different items or the same?
