New Villager ACNH Character Cards

These are not amiibo cards unfortunately. What are your thoughts?

It doesn't look like it has any amiibo functionality by the design of the character cards. Seems like a regular trading card set unfortunately (I mean it's still pretty cool, any merch for AC is welcome).

Presumably there’s at least eight cards devoted to the new villagers. One card per pack sounds insane though
