New town ideas!

Hi there! I'm back from a break, and I'd like to start fresh, with a new town. But the problem is that I don't really have ideas for my town. I didn't restart it yet, but I definitely will do it once I know my theme. So post your suggestions down below! Here are some ideas I like, and I might add yours too.

-Modern fairytale, if that makes sense
-MARIO!!!!!! Like Princess Peach as the mayor with a castle house, since she's the queen of the
mushroom kingdom, mario, luigi, and bowser! (sorry I got a bit excited right there)
-Warrior cats!

I tried a Mario themed town, but it was a lot of work for me. Though, I do like an autumn idea as well! Perhaps you could try a single-species town?

I tried doing that once, but they kept moving out and other species kept moving in, I just couldn't get them to stay and the ones who would move in wouldn't move out in AGEEEEES so that's why I gave up on that town :s Thanks for the suggestion tho!

It sounds like you're really excited about the Mario theme and it would be really cool to see a town with that theme, so I vote for Mario if you feel like you can pull it off.

How about an autumn town that has a lot of mushrooms (particularly famous), where one house has nods to Mario and another to Warrior Cats? It could also be generally fantasy-like too, I'd imagine that's workable to mix with autumn.

I think my suggestion for you would be a Zen/Nature Town (kind of like mine)! What I love about that style is that it is all focused on adding as much life and color to a town as possible no matter what time of the year it is plus the amazing charm that the Zen PWPs provide to a town!

I would go for a vivid, autumny style. So many flowers go well with this theme and you have many choices for how to make your paths. You could either use clovers, colorful/grey path designs, even trampled paths would go well with an autumn themed town! Plus, you can decorate it with many mushrooms and Pwps as the campfire

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions! I went with an autumn theme, with a lot of hybrids and mushrooms.

If you don't mind me offering some suggestions:

- autumn wall, autumn floor, and autumn-leaf chair for home interiors. The wall and floor are from Saharah and Nat's RV has the chair. A fireplace would also look nice.

- PWP ideas: fire pit, campsite, torch, cafe, classic police station, log bench, hammock, wooden or brick bridges, bus stop, maybe the scarecrow. Zen PWPs would suit the theme well. Rack of rice if you include the zen items.

- villager ideas (because of color): Drift, Sally, Poppy, Caroline, Pecan, Sylvana, Croque, Cousteau, Bill, Joey, Molly

I will post more later when I have time.

You can do a space theme! Your residents can have names like Luna, or just be named after planets like Venus or Mars. Idk what to call it, maybe something like Moonshine?
